I have noticed that many of you have been visiting my site over the last few days. I have been over to visit and I saw that you have lots of questions about Price USA. Since it’s almost impossible for new people to post on the vogue forum I hope I can answer some of your questions here. 

1. We don’t charge any joining or monthly fees. You only pay for what you order.
2. I am based here in Australia – you can easily ring me if you have any questions.
3. Price USA is different to other companies in that we don’t offer a mail forwarding service. This means that I don’t forward on items that you have bought using your own credit card and had sent to a US address. When I started Price USA I looked into offering a mail forwarding service, but thanks to changes to law in the USA it is not easy to offer this service legally – if you think about it for a moment it is a huge security risk for people to be posting packages when they don’t know what is inside! I know that there are few companies out there that do offer this mail forward service, but I really worry for them as they are taking a huge risk.
4. Our fee is only 5%. We don’t charge other fees on top for things like combining orders, re-boxing, etc. Also our fee includes GST so you don’t pay anything extra (our fee is really 4.5% + 0.5% GST).
5. We offer a good exchange rate at 2.5 cents less than the spot (current) exchange rate. If you compare this with what paypal charges it can make your final bill a lot lower.

I have introduce a new policy of only allowing first class air mail shipments for items valued under US$200. Express and priority mail are only a few dollars more and with expensive items the extra cost should be worth the peace of mind that comes from being able to track your order.

I am back after a nice little break. I have made some changes to the site which I hope will make it simpler to order.

•  Our fee is now a standard 5%. I have yet to have anyone selected the “must order from site x option” so I made the standard policy that we now charge a flat 5%. I should mention that 95% of the time we order from the shop you suggest, but if you really only want us to order from one particular site then we can for the old 10% fee. To ensure that our agent only orders from your chosen shop then just include the words “use my supplier only” in the “other information” text box. The fee on the page will still show 5%, but I will correct it in the final quote.
• I have removed the item code number from the order page. If you do know the code number just include it in the item description.
• I have updated the FAQ page to include more information on how to order. I hope this will make it clearer what is required.
