Question from a potential Canadian customer

Hello there!

After searching for hours to find a good service, it seems like your site is exactly what I am looking for.

I am however a bit confused on the charges and how it works for customers outside Australia.

How do you guys determine what my final cost will be and what if shipping is free to your USA partners for my order? Do I get a discount?

It seems like you do not have pre-based fees for shipping so I don't understand all of this works?

The costs for non-Australian customers are all listed on my cost page, but if you put in your address in the order form the price estimator will adjust to right calculation.

We estimate what the final shipping cost will be and put this in the quote, but as with all orders the shipping is just an estimate and you will be charged the actual cost when the order arrives at my US partners address. Really the best way is to put in an order and quote and then go from there.
