I order a lot from the US, usually through a friend in Michigan, but I'm not so sure this is my best option. I just wanted to clarify that I am understanding the process that you use: ( I assume I can select from any online store?)

Shoes tend to be more than 1 lb. Out of their boxes they are normally between 2 and 2.5 lbs depending on the shoe and the size. If you go to my order form (jusct click on the "order" tab you can use this information to get an instant quote on the total cost.
