handle the shipping for special offerred in only 48hrs?

Some online stores (e.g., [www.coachfactory]. com/store) require registration and offer hot deals within only a small window (e.g., 48hrs). Is there a way you (and us as clients together) can handle the shipping in such a small window, please?

Usually how much time would the process take since putting an order to PriceUSA to completing the corder on US site (the stores in US confirm the receipt and acceptance of the order)?

These types or orders are difficult to do. The best way is to have a standing account (basically money in your account with Price USA) and then put in an order and let me know by email. Depending on the time of day the order can be placed quickly.
