I would like to take the opportunity to thank PriceUSA for the fantastic service offered! The whole process if very streamlined and communication is second to none. A few points worthy of specific mention:

- Any issues during my order were promptly resolved. I ordered items from a shop that falsely advertised them as being in stock. I was able to amend the order to obtain the items from other online stores at no extra cost.
- I was readily credited the difference in value in the changed order, which I used on my second order 2 weeks later.
- The consolidation is a great service – I ordered items from 4 different stores and had it all shipped to Australia in one package.
- It was great to see that the USA partner made best efforts to fit the items in the smallest package possible to save on shipping cost for me.
- Stock levels change quickly on Amazon. Be sure to give a 2nd colour preference if possible to speed up you order in case of any changes.
- Depending on order value, I would recommend opting for UPS courier (express + tracking). The tracking provided is very detailed and items arrived within 1 week of being posted - worth the additional cost for reliability and certainty in my opinion.

Overall an unbeatable service! I saved close to 50% of the total value if purchased here. Looking forward to using PriceUSA again, keep up the good work.
