By direct deposit into our bank account. After you complete the order form I check that it is complete and correct then send you a final quote. In this quote you are sent our bank account details. Once I receive your payment my USA agent then orders the item and ships it directly to you.
If your total order is under A$2000 you may also pay by credit card or Paypal. The instructions on how to pay this way are provided in the final quote email.
No. We are up front about what we charge. The final quote you receive tells you exactly what your order will cost and it details each part of order price. Also because we ship via USPS you won't be charged extra fees once your order arrives for things like airline handling, import brokerage, fuel surcharges, electronic goods import, e-house clearing, etc.
The one exception is GST. You may be charged GST by Australian Customs if your order is over $1000. Having said this we have noticed that many orders over $1000 are arriving without GST being charged. We advise that you not rely on this and include in your budget the cost of paying GST and or duty on large orders.
Yes. You will receive two tax invoice when your order is shipped to Australia. One invoice is from Price USA covering the service fee and insurance. This invoice includes GST. The second invoice is from my USA agent and is for the goods and all shipping charges. The reason that you get two invoices is that Price USA does not sell any goods, all items are purchased by you from my USA agent. Price USA only provides a service that allows you to order goods from the USA.
Yes, but only for order under A$2000. All order above $2000 must be paid by direct debit to the Price USA bank account.
Yes, but only for order under A$2000. Please see my our fees page for more information on the cost of this option.
Yes, but only on my 5% service fee and the insurance. The goods arriving from the USA will be declared accurately so you may also be charged GST on the order item as well, however, Australian customs do not charges GST on personal goods valued under $1000. My experience is that higher valued items are often not charged GST. I advise that you not rely on this and factor in paying GST and duty on items valued over A$1000.
The GST limit applies only to the cost of item and the cost of shipping to Australia. For example, if an item cost US$850 with US$25 shipping then it would still be under the A$1000 limit even if my fees made the total order more than A$1000.
There are two ways to pay us quickly:
1. Deposit cash into our bank account at any Commonwealth Bank branch.
2. If your order is under A$2000 then you can also pay by paypal or credit card.
If you do use either of these options please as I normally only check for new payments once each morning.
