How can I contact you?

The best way is by emailing me at . I can also be contacted by phone or mail although I prefer email as this way I have a written record of your questions. Please only call during business hours (9am to 5pm).

Doesn't the USA use a different power voltage to Australia?

Yes. Australia uses 240V while the USA uses 110 - 120V. Many electrical items are dual voltage these days (ie 120/240V) so all you need to do is replace the power plug or use an adaptor. Others are 110V only and so you will need to buy a "step down" transformer. If you want to buy an item that is 110V only please as we can supply step down transforms from the USA with your order that are significantly cheaper than what you can buy here in Australia.

How long have you been in business?

Price USA opened in October 2007. Since then we have had over 1000 customers order through us. Please see the links on my about us page for opinions on my service.

Can I trust you?

We hope so. Ordering anything over the internet does involve some risk, but I aim to make the process as safe for you as I can. When you order through us you are dealing with people based in Australia. This allows you to resolve any problems easily. If you deal directly with an USA company (or with someone off eBay) there is very little you can do if your goods don't arrive. If there are any problems with your order not arriving then I or my USA agent will sort them out for you.

What should I do if I need to return my order?

Please contact me and I will tell you what you should to do. Please don't ship the goods back to my USA agent or the original company without first.

What happens if I need to get an item repaired under warranty?

This depends on what item you ordered. Some companies provide worldwide warranties on their products, while others will only repair an item in the country of origin. Please contact the manufacturer of your item first. If they will not repair or replace the item here in Australia then please to find out how the item should be shipped back to the USA.

If you purchased return insurance we cover the shipping costs involved in repairing an item under warranty. If you didn't purchase return insurance you are responsible for all the shipping costs involved in shipping the item to and from the USA for repair.
